Alison Chen
Hi! I’m Ally, a Master of Supply Chain Management student at the Ross School of Business. I earned my BBA from the University of Michigan in May 2025 with a minor in Computer Science.
Before starting my Master’s, I interned at Raymond James on the Mutual Fund & ETF Research team for two summers. There, I conducted investment fund due diligence, wrote commentaries, and worked on an ESG-focused ETF project that included leading introductory calls with fund managers.
On campus, I’ve taken on leadership roles that reflect my interests. I conducted research as an assistant at the Ross Consumer Behavior Lab through UROP, where I worked on brand iconicity marketing research. Currently, I serve as the Philanthropy Chair of the MSCM Student Association, helping plan initiatives that foster community and engagement within my class and across Ross’s One-Year Master’s programs. Outside of academics, I love staying active through figure skating, tennis, and pickleball, and exploring new cities.
What makes Ross especially meaningful to me is its inclusive community and emphasis on action-based learning. Through classes, student leadership, and everyday interactions, I’ve found a truly supportive network of friends and professors who are always willing to help. Please reach out with any questions related to Ross, Supply Chain Management, or my experience at Michigan. I’m always happy to chat and help in any way I can. Go Blue!
