Amartya Parmar

I'm Amartya from India, where I grew up in different cities across the country, helping me learn to adapt quickly to new environments. I completed my undergraduate degree from Delhi University where I majored in business and accounting. After graduation, I worked at McKinsey in the Capabilities and Insights team, primarily working on risk assessment and market research. This was followed by a formative stint at EMB Global, an early-stage startup where I wore many hats and experienced the highs and lows of building a company. I initially led the Technology Delivery team, managing customer success and account management while also working in investor relations. As EMB scaled, I spearheaded special initiatives in go-to-market strategy, operational efficiency, and business development. Eventually, I focused my efforts on AI-led transformation, reshaping EMB’s service portfolio with AI-based solutions and integrating AI-driven workflows across teams. My career has taken me across the Middle East, with experiences in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and the UAE.

Outside of work, I bring the same curiosity and passion to my personal pursuits. I’m an avid sports fan—cricket, soccer, and badminton and run my own sports blog. I find great joy in travel, which blends my love for history, photography, and exploration.
