After many years as a Marketing Communications Specialist, I decided to pursue my MBA at University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. I selected the Ross Weekend program because of the schedule but the best part was the cohort approach. I learned from my classmates in many ways and made valuable connections.
Currently, I lead Media and Marketing Strategy for Lincoln. The learnings I gained from Ross have helped me earn various positions throughout Ford Motor Company, Ford Smart Mobility, and Ford Credit including roles in FinTech, CX, and Subscription Services. Prior to joining Ford, I spent eight years in media planning at advertising agencies, including Carat and Starcom.
While I enjoy Marketing, my most important role is being a mother to daughters, Carmen and Corinne, and an advocate for all women. I hold a board and two committee seats with Women of Ford and mentor through HeyMama, a professional network for working mothers.
