Ardisha Hadiyan

Hi, I’m Ardisha, an MBA Class of 2027 student and a Tauber Institute for Global Operations Fellow. Before Ross, I worked in strategy, operations, and business growth across tech, logistics, and public-sector partnerships, where I led large-scale digital initiatives in Indonesia.

I chose Ross because I wanted a program that blends strategy with execution in a community that thrives on collaboration. The action-based learning approach and the opportunity to dive deep into operations through Tauber made Ross the perfect fit as I prepare for a future role where I can make meaningful impact.

Outside of class, I enjoy participating in social events and staying active through sports—mainly soccer and tennis. As an ambassador, I’m excited to connect with prospective students and share what makes the Ross experience so unique.
