Arjun Mayur

Class of 2026

Hi, I’m Arjun! I grew up in the suburbs of New Jersey and earned my undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University. After a brief stint in Houston, I spent four years in New York City as a software engineer at J.P. Morgan, where I built trading systems. I enjoyed engineering, but I’d always aspired to move to the business side of technology and explore entrepreneurship and product management.

Ross quickly stood out to me when I was looking at different business schools. Conversations with student ambassadors and current students highlighted a community that is both collaborative and supportive, and the strength of the Ross alumni network in the technology industry made the school even more compelling.

Since coming to Ross, I’ve grown both personally and professionally. One highlight was a three-week MAP project in Bangalore with a unicorn fintech company, where I built product-strategy skills and formed close friendships with my teammates. Back on campus, I leveraged the Zell Lurie Institute resources to start building a startup I’ve long envisioned. Those first-year experiences led to a product management internship at a fast-growing tech startup in New York City.

I look forward to meeting you, sharing my experiences at Ross, and answering any questions you may have.

Go Blue!
