Ashley O'Brien

Hi!! My name is Ashley O'Brien and I go by many titles: student, executive advisor, manager, dance teacher, wife, and most importantly, mom! After graduating with a dance degree from Hope College, I danced professionally for several years in Chicago, created my own high school dance company, worked in retail management, and then decided to take a turn into my current company. I work at Gartner as an Advisor to help HR Leaders build their talent strategies, make progress on employee experience initiatives, and mature performance management processes. With all my different paths, I always had a goal to earn an MBA, knowing that it would open future career opportunities. Ross' Online MBA program was a perfect fit with the high-caliber faculty, flexibility, leadership development, and action-based learning. It provided me the opportunity to pursue my MBA without sacrificing my career priorities or my important role as a new mom. While still early in my Ross experience, I've already applied my learnings in my job, experienced new opportunities at work, and made really great friends!
