Ashley O'Brien

Hi!! My name is Ashley O'Brien and I go by many titles: talent partner, manager, dance teacher, wife, and most importantly, mom! In fact, I had my second child while still a student, three months before I graduated from my MBA. After graduating with a dance degree from Hope College, I danced professionally for several years in Chicago, created my own high school dance company, worked in retail management, and before taking a turn into business. I worked at Gartner as an Advisor to help HR Leaders build their talent strategies, make progress on employee experience initiatives, and mature performance management processes. While in school I changed roles into HR Leadership at Kraft Heinz. With all my different paths, I always had a goal to earn an MBA, knowing that it would open future career opportunities. Ross' Online MBA program was a perfect fit with the high-caliber faculty, flexibility, leadership development, and action-based learning. It provided me the opportunity to pursue my MBA without sacrificing my career priorities or my important role as a mom. Ross was one of the best decisions I've made. It's given me opportunities, expanded my network, and given me great friendships for life. During the MBA, I had two roles on OMBA Student Council and traveled internationally for two different residencies. I’m happy to connect and help answer any questions!
