Brianna Liu

Growing up in Taiwan, studying abroad was always a big dream of mine. As the first person in my family to pursue an MBA—and having managed the entire application process on my own—I know how meaningful guidance and encouragement can be. That is why I look forward to supporting others who aspire to follow a similar path.

Prior to Ross, I spent four years in Asset Management and Banking, where I specialized in Operations and Digital Strategy. These experiences shaped my interest in bridging finance and digital innovation, and they ultimately led me to pursue my MBA.

Ross has always been my top choice, as it provides abundant resources to support every step of our journey. From FACT groups that guide us through recruiting, to the MAP project that offers hands-on consulting experience, Ross ensures we learn by doing. Beyond academics, there are countless opportunities to build community—whether it’s cheering at football games, joining affiliated or recreational clubs, or exploring Ann Arbor with classmates.

Outside the classroom, I enjoy tennis, spending time in nature, and exploring Michigan—there’s always something new to discover. Having received invaluable support during my own MBA application, I now hope to pay forward my experience. As an Ambassador, I am excited to help prospective students navigate their journey and discover how transformative the Ross MBA can be!
