Charles Chau

I grew up in the United States after being born in Hong Kong and studied Finance during my undergraduate years before beginning my career in real estate investments. My work focused on multifamily, mixed-use, and industrial acquisitions, where I developed financial models and evaluated new opportunities for growth.

I chose Ross because of the culture. Every conversation I had with students and alumni reflected how genuine, supportive, and collaborative the community is. Ross is a place where people push themselves to excel while celebrating each other’s wins, and that sense of belonging was exactly what I was seeking in an MBA program.

Outside the classroom, I enjoy watching sports, exploring new restaurants, and traveling to different places. Always happy to connect about Michigan, Ross, the MBA journey, or career interests.
