Chris Monti

Hi, I’m Chris Monti (MBA/MS ’18). I currently lead the Hardlines Strategic Supply Chain team for Amazon Canada, where I oversee a multi-billion dollar portfolio across categories like Electronics, Video Games, Toys, Furniture, and Kitchen. Before Amazon, I worked in finance at PepsiCo and was an AC-130U gunship pilot in the U.S. Air Force.

At Ross, I was an Erber and Fast Track in Finance fellow, which helped me transition from military aviation to corporate leadership while deepening my understanding of global supply chains, finance, and sustainable business. I’m especially passionate about supporting fellow veterans and career switchers who are navigating big transitions of their own.

Outside of work, you’ll find me rock climbing, paddle boarding, training MMA, or watching an Arsenal match with my retired racing greyhound.
