Clare Jones

Hello! My name is Clare Jones and I am a Master of Management student at Ross. Coming from a non-business background and transitioning into the world of finance wasn’t always easy, but the MM community has made all the difference. Whether it’s professors who bring real-world experience into the classroom, the Career Development Office’s guidance, or the extensive Ross alumni network, I’ve had access to incredible resources that have helped me build meaningful connections and career clarity.

I’m diving deep into finance, accounting, and business strategy, and what I love most about the MM program is how much you can learn in such a short period of time. Whether you’re coming from liberal arts, STEM, or anything in between, Ross gives you the tools and confidence to step into the business world. I’m also involved in BlackGen Capital and financial literacy initiatives, which have helped me grow professionally while staying connected to my passion for economic empowerment.
