Danika Lau

Before applying to Ross, I spent the last 7 years in the CPG industry, focused on Research and Innovation in the San Francisco Bay Area. I worked across a variety of product categories—from indulgent chocolates to high-protein functional products—where I contributed to product launch strategy and supported the development of innovation pipelines that brought new ideas to market.

I chose Ross because of its strong alumni network, collaborative culture, and the abundance of action-based learning opportunities. Since arriving, I’ve been continually impressed by the warmth and generosity of the community, classmates, and professors! I am pursuing a career in tech product marketing, where I can blend my background in innovation with creativity to build and grow impactful products.
