Devinaa Mangal
By passion and profession, I am an economist—deeply fascinated by how people make decisions and the multitude of factors that shape those choices. After completing two degrees in Economics and gaining a few years of experience in the financial industry, I realized that to truly broaden my impact, I needed to complement my analytical foundation with strategic and leadership skills. That realization brought me to Ross.
At the Ross Weekend MBA program, my goal is to become a well-rounded leader—someone who can combine data-driven insight with empathy, strategic thinking, and an understanding of organizational dynamics. This journey has already been transformative. The coursework has sharpened my strategic mindset, while interactions with classmates from diverse industries and seasoned faculty have deepened my appreciation for collaborative problem-solving.
The learning curve has been steep, but incredibly rewarding. Every weekend brings new ideas, perspectives, and opportunities to reflect on my own leadership style and growth areas. From engaging case discussions to real-world applications, Ross has truly lived up to its reputation for action-based learning.
I’m always happy to share more about the Weekend MBA experience—whether it’s about balancing work and study, participating in clubs and leadership roles, or navigating life as a commuter student. If you’re curious about the program, its culture, or how it can support your personal and professional growth, feel free to reach out. I’d be glad to connect and answer any questions you might have.
