Ethan Luu

Class of 2025

Hi! I’m Ethan, a Master’s graduate in Supply Chain Management from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, where I had the pleasure of serving as Vice President for the Class of 2025. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis.

I have been a lifelong fan of the University of Michigan, so choosing Ross to pursue my graduate education was an easy decision. It without a doubt exceeded my expectations both academically and professionally. Learning from incredible professors and collaborating with like-minded peers helped prepare me for what’s to come in my career.

Professionally, I’ve held project management and operations roles at companies like ezyVet and WeWork, where I led logistics initiatives, streamlined sales strategies, and organized community-building operations from start to finish. During my time at Ross, I also worked as a Supply Chain Student Consultant at Goodwill’s Green Works, replicating sustainable appliance recycling initiatives by analyzing market trends, operational costs, and funding opportunities. Currently, I work as a Supply Chain Consultant at Kaiser Permanente, where I support impactful work across procurement, planning, and data analytics teams to help drive efficiency and operational excellence.

Beyond my career, I am the Founder and CEO of NextGen Matters, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable tutoring. Teaching and mentorship have always been passions of mine, and with NextGen Matters launching to the public in Fall 2025, I am excited to take the next step toward educational accessibility and equity.

Outside of work, I am extremely passionate about food, traveling, and sports; further making Ann Arbor the perfect place to be. Please feel free to reach out with any questions about the program or life in Ann Arbor! Go Blue!
