Class of 2027

Before Ross, I worked at John Deere in roles spanning software engineering and digital strategy. My career allowed me to lead cross‑functional initiatives, optimize processes, and translate user needs into impactful business outcomes. Alongside my professional work, I’ve held creative leadership positions, including leading my undergraduate dramatics club, which strengthened my skills in storytelling, empathy, and building inclusive team cultures.

I chose Ross for its collaborative community, action‑based learning, and the opportunity to grow as a leader in an environment that values both excellence and authenticity. Here, I’m active in Michigan Business Women and lead initiatives like the “Day in the Life” series to connect and empower women across the community. I’m also exploring a pivot into strategy consulting, where I can combine structured problem‑solving with human‑centered impact.

Outside of academics, I love theatre, coffee shop conversations, and spending time in nature. I’m always happy to share my journey, talk about navigating a career pivot, or discuss how to find your leadership voice at Ross
