Hanna Krzywicki
Originally from Northern Virginia, I came to Ross with a background in software engineering and a passion for more than just solving problems, but solving the right ones. Before Ross, I worked at both large enterprises like CarMax and T Rowe Price, and small Series A - C startups where I was able to grow both technically building scalable systems, as a leader who always asks "why," and mentoring where I loved turning hesitant newcomers into confident contributors.
I chose Ross because it felt both like home and a challenge. Moving to Michigan meant leaving Virginia for the first time, but the students I met were welcoming, supportive, and genuinely invested in each other’s success. The chance to grow through action-based learning, travel opportunities, and a diverse community made Ross the right place to become the compassionate leader I aspire to be.
Outside the classroom, I love building community, whether that’s planning events, hosting murder mystery dinners, or making Costco runs just for the samples. I’m excited to pay forward the support I’ve received by helping future students feel at home at Ross. Feel free to reach out with any questions (big or small!), I’m here to help dissuade any confusion, navigate the MBA journey, and help you to not feel alone!
