Irfan Muhammad Fauzian

Hi, I’m Irfan, and I’m proud to call Jakarta, Indonesia my home! Before joining Ross, I spent 5 years in the Oilfield Services industry as part of Human Resources team and ventured into tech entrepreneurship for 1.5 years. Across both paths, one theme has stayed constant: my passion for the intersection of people and technology. I'm always excited to see how we design organization's strategy as a force for good by balancing collaboration between humans and technology to drive profits and organizational performance.

During my tenure in HR, I was responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, while also leading key initiatives in compensation and benefits integration. Most notably, I spearheaded multiple digital transformation projects that redefined how we operated, introducing smarter, more efficient processes that improved both employee experience and organizational performance.

That drive for people and technology inspired me to co-found a SaaS startup, where I’ve been building solutions to help businesses streamline operations through automation. What excites me most is seeing how even small changes, whether it’s a new HR process or a piece of software—can unlock big improvements for the people and the organization. That belief is what brought me to Ross: to sharpen my business acumen, especially in strategy and leadership while being part of a community that really uphold its values on collaboration and action-based learning.

Outside of work and classes, you’ll usually find me traveling, exploring new cultures, or just taking photos of natures. I’m always energized by genuine connections and excited to connect and share my experiences and help future students picture what their own Ross journey could look like. Feel free to reach out!
