Jared Jackson

I am originally from Flushing, MI and studied Aerospace Engineering at the University of Michigan for my undergrad degree. After college I joined the Navy as a helicopter pilot. I spent ten years in the Navy, most of it in San Diego, before leaving and coming back to school. I decided to pursue my MBA because although I learned how to lead people in high stress environments while I was in the Navy, I wanted to back up that leadership experience with a strong background of business knowledge and experiences. 

I want to bring my undergraduate engineering degree and my graduate MBA together, so I am pursuing General Management while at Ross. I am targeting aerospace and manufacturing firms as I recruit for internships and future jobs.

Outside of school I mostly spend time playing with my son, or taking the family on excursions with my wife.
