Kaesaan Mimms

Before Ross, I built my career in tech sales, partnering with CPG and retail clients to deliver ERP and marketing software solutions. In my various sales roles, I launched new products, entered new markets, and helped customers solve their problems. All of these experiences deepened my passion for solving complex challenges and helping businesses grow. Post-MBA, I hope to pivot into consulting, where I can apply my background in sales, partnerships, and customer success to help clients design and execute impactful growth strategies.

I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, where I double majored in International Economics and Foreign Affairs. At Ross, I am proud member of the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management and Management Leadership for Tomorrow. Go Blue!
