Hi, I’m Kanika! Before Ross, I worked in Consulting in India, where I helped Big Pharma and MedTech clients improve their sales compensation operations and strategy across global markets. Along the way, I discovered my passion for problem solving at the intersection of healthcare, business, and technology. These experiences, coupled with my interest in social impact, motivated me to pursue an MBA as I explore where I can make the greatest impact — in consulting, healthcare, or infrastructure.

I chose Ross because of its action-based learning and the incredibly supportive community. From my first interactions with current students, I could feel the warmth and openness that makes Ross unique. Whether it’s cheering together at football games or late-night conversations with classmates, the Ross experience has already been more collaborative and energizing than I imagined.
