Kenneth Browne
Prior to Ross, I spent a decade as an entrepreneur in the media production industry, building a business that partnered with brands such as Toyota, Intel, and Red Bull. My work took me across all seven continents, where I led creative teams and delivered campaigns that shaped global brand stories. Originally from Ireland, I moved to Chicago 10 years ago in search of adventure - and I certainly found one!
I’m now entering phase two of my professional career, prioritizing stability, sustainable work-life balance and family time. I came to Ann Arbor with my wife, a proud Michigan alum, and chose Ross for its collaborative culture and strong emphasis on action-based learning. It's a bonus that my classmates are not only incredibly accomplished, but also some of the coolest people I've met.
Through my MBA, I aim to pivot into strategy and general management, pursuing leadership roles that create meaningful impact measured by people and progress, not just sales quotas. Outside the classroom, I’m an avid traveler who has visited 50+ countries and recently spent six months backpacking across Asia before business school.
