Before Ross, I spent 7 years in the upstream oil & gas operations, moving between technical, digital, and strategy roles. From managing service delivery operations in Norway to leading global training programs, I’ve had the chance to work across cultures and see how big-picture impact comes together.

I chose Ross because I wanted to strengthen my business toolkit while being part of a community that’s collaborative, supportive, and honestly just fun to be around.

Outside of work, I’m big on music, yoga, and advocating for LGBTQ+ . I also care deeply about sustainability and supporting neurodivergent kids, which has shaped both my career and personal goals.
