Matthew Tafesse

Hello! My name is Matt Tafesse and I am a first year MBA student pursuing a career in management consulting. 

I am a Minnesota native and I obtained a finance degree from the University of Minnesota. Over the last six years I have worked in corporate and strategic finance across the retail, entertainment, and fintech sectors. Prior to Ross, I most recently worked at Tala, a fintech startup committed to lending sustainably to the worlds underbanked segments.

Outside of school, I love to run, play soccer, and explore the food scene in Ann Arbor! I am more than happy to answer any questions prospective students may have about my Ross experience!
