Michael Ayaub
Throughout my life and career thus far I’ve had two consistent themes: I love leading people and solving problems. I’m at my best when collaborating with others, digging into ideas, and turning conversations into action. That curiosity and energy led me into sports media, where I spent more than a decade producing stories that connected fans to the teams they love.
After starting at Fox Sports in Detroit, I took a leap into esports at Estars, where I led large production teams and managed client relationships for major tournaments. The experience showed me that I’m as motivated by business strategy as I am by creative execution. Later, I helped launch a national sports highlights network at Bridge Media Networks, managing cross-functional teams and partnerships with brands like Sports Illustrated and FuboTV.
Through these experiences, I realized my passion extends beyond storytelling—I’m driven by understanding what resonates with people and why. Now, as an MBA student at Michigan Ross focusing on marketing and strategy, I’m channeling that blend of creativity, leadership, and analytical thinking into building brands that truly connect with their audiences.
