Pannin Wongthaveelarb

Class of 2027

Hi, I’m Pannin from Bangkok, Thailand. Before Ross, I worked across different industries and functions. I started in auditing at PwC with a focus on banking, then moved to consulting at EY in the automobile industry, and later transitioned into HR strategy at Charoen Pokphand Foods, the parent company of brands like Michelina’s, Boston Market (At Home), and White Castle. These experiences shaped me into a versatile problem-solver who thrives on connecting the dots across fields.

I chose Michigan Ross because it’s such a resourceful place that truly supports my interdisciplinary journey. After graduation, I’m excited to explore general management and leadership opportunities, where I can help organizations transform on a global scale and create solutions that are innovative and sustainable.

Living in Ann Arbor has been a refreshing break from the chaos of a big city. I love the strong sense of community here. Even though I’m not great at sports and don’t always understand the rules, the energy of cheering at football games (and other sports) has been such a fun part of the experience.

Outside of school, I enjoy cooking, fitness, and exploring new places. I’d be happy to chat and share more about my Ross journey! I also love talking about diversity and how my journey combines the quantitative side from numbers with the qualitative side from HR.
