Peter Ciaverilla
I grew up in Ferndale, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit, and graduated from Ferndale High School in 2006. I am a two-time Wolverine, studying Industrial & Operations Engineering with a Minor in German Studies as an undergraduate and returning three years later for the full-time MBA program. After finishing my undergraduate studies I worked in Frankfurt, Germany as a database programmer/consultant.
During my time at Ross, I interned for KPMG as a management consultant and joined KPMG full-time after graduation. I spent 5 years in KPMG's management consulting practice known as Shared Services & Outsourcing, where I primarily focused on third-party IT services.
In May of 2021, I left KPMG and pursued a full-time search to find and acquire a small business. In April of 2022, I acquired Sharon's Heating & Air Conditioning in Metro Detroit. I currently serve as President of the company.
I'm happy to answer any questions related to the University of Michigan, Ross, and anything of interest from my career path. Both Michigan and Ross were highly influential on my career and personal life, challenging me academically and opening new doors professionally. I currently live in Ann Arbor and am available for on-campus meetings for anyone touring the school.
