Prathyusha Davuluru
Hi, I’m Prathyusha Davuluru, a proud member of the Ross MBA Class of 2026. I’m excited to share my journey and support prospective students exploring the Ross experience.
I grew up in a small village in southern India and moved to the U.S. to pursue my Master’s in Computer Science. Since then, I’ve worked across a variety of industries, including automotive, financial services, aviation, e-commerce, and energy. I’m currently an Engineering Manager at Ford Motor Company in the Marketing, Sales, and Services division, where I lead platform innovation to enhance customer engagement through cross-functional collaboration across multiple product portfolios for Ford Rewards Loyalty platform. Prior to Ford, I held roles at Ford Credit, American Airlines, GSI Commerce, and Jean Martin, contributing to product development, revenue optimization, infrastructure upgrades and process improvement initiatives.
I chose the Ross MBA to challenge myself and broaden my business perspective and it was incredibly rewarding. The action-based learning model, combined with the cohort structure, has helped me build meaningful connections and gain hands-on experience while balancing work and family life. I’ve also benefited from leadership programs like Story Lab and the Crisis Challenge, and enjoyed participating in case competitions such as the GenAI Case Competition and the Michigan Investment Challenge. Ross has transformed how I think and lead, helping me complement my technical background with strong business acumen in a deeply supportive and engaging environment, which has helped me grow from a Tech Lead to an Engineering Manager along the way.
I’m passionate about giving back to the community that has given me so much. If you have any questions about the program, my journey, or anything else, I’d be happy to connect and share insights. Go Blue!
