After spending six years in the automotive industry leading projects across the product development lifecycle, I joined the Ross Weekend MBA program to strengthen my leadership capabilities and broaden my strategic perspective. What made Ross truly exceptional for me was the opportunity to collaborate with classmates from vastly different professional backgrounds—where an engineer, consultant, and financial analyst could seamlessly work as one team. That diversity of thought and experience profoundly shaped how I approach problem-solving today.

Since graduating, I’ve transitioned into a role that bridges engineering with strategy, drawing daily on what I learned in class and from my cohort. Whether it was tackling innovation sprints, navigating team dynamics, or learning from case-based discussions, Ross has left a lasting impact on how I lead and make decisions.

Outside of work, I unwind by playing music, watching stand-up comedy, and picking up new skills. I also try to squeeze in international travel whenever I can.
