Prudhvidhar Kallam

Before Ross, I spent nearly a decade building and launching EV systems at Stellantis and across the Traton ecosystem, leading teams and innovation efforts that turned complex technology into real products. I am an innovation leader and an engineer at heart who loves the full path from idea to scale. I am aspiring to be a strategist who moves the world forward with solutions that are sustainable and tangible.

I chose Ross for its community and action based learning that pairs technical depth with business leadership. I am maximizing my time through Sanger leadership experiences, applied courses with real operators, and involvement in clubs and case competitions. As a Weekend MBA student, I balance a full time role with classes and team projects, and I am happy to share what has worked for me.

Outside work, I reset on hiking trails and singletracks, hunt for great coffee, and build with Legos to think through ideas. I am always happy to connect about the transition to business school, navigating Ross, and how the program can align with your goals while you continue to work.
