Rachel Connors

I was born and raised 30 minutes outside of Ann Arbor, so as you could imagine, my Michigan pride runs deep. I then attended Northwestern University, where I studied Industrial Engineering. Most recently, I lived in Colorado for 4 years.

My career has spanned each end of the supply chain within the CPG Food & Bev industry. I began at Kraft Heinz in manufacturing and most recently worked in demand planning at Simply Good Foods. In my demand planning role, I sat at the center of cross-functional teams, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to forecast the impact of strategic decisions. That exposure to cross-functional problem solving and strategic decision-making inspired me to pursue an MBA. My post-MBA plan is to pivot into consulting, where I can apply my supply chain expertise and work with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems across industries.
