I grew up in Everett, a small city north of Boston, before moving to Ithaca, New York, to study political science on the pre-med track at Cornell University. After graduating, I worked as a Patient Care Associate at the Brigham & Women’s Hospital, where I focused on delivering compassionate care and comforting patients during their most vulnerable moments.
While clinical care was deeply rewarding, I eventually pivoted to support my family’s neighborhood grocery store in Allston, MA. I helped scale the business, modernizing operations and driving growth. I focused on acquiring a liquor license and transitioning from an outdated cash register to a modern Point-of-Sale system. Coming from a clinical background, I was surprised by how much I enjoyed strategy, growth, and business problem-solving, which inspired me to pursue b-school.
I chose Ross because of its fun, energetic community. Watching the Michigan Wolverines at the Big House on Saturdays is an unreal experience every single time, and I’ve already made lifelong friends here. Plus, as a diehard Patriots fan, I couldn’t pass up the chance to attend the same school as Tom Brady! Ross has been an incredible experience, and I’d love for you to see it too.
Outside of school, I enjoy watching the Celtics (especially when they win), exploring new bars and restaurants, couch-rotting with friends, and experimenting with DIY home remodeling projects.
Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to chat about Ross, the MBA journey, healthcare, family businesses, or Ann Arbor. We can also just chat about how awesome Boston sports are. Good luck, and Go Blue! :)
