Riya Vij

Born and raised in India, I started my career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, working with diverse teams across industries. These experiences helped me strengthen my strategic thinking and fostered my interest in finance and strategy, which I am now pursuing at Ross.

Outside of work, theatre has been a big part of my life, as has playing classical piano. I also founded a small urban farming venture in microgreens, which connected me to sustainability and community in a hands-on way. Wellness is equally important to me — I actively practice Buddhism and find time to do yoga over the weekends!
