Rodrigo Sandri de Oliveira Polmon

Hi, I’m Rodrigo—born in Rio de Janeiro and raised in São Paulo.

Before Ross, I led the Brazil branch of a digital marketing agency in the music industry while also serving as the company’s Global Head of Operations. Earlier in my career, I worked at Deloitte and Interbrand. I’m a brand lover, passionate about creating meaningful connections between brands and people in the tech space.

I chose Ross for its action-based learning and collaborative culture. Here, I’m exploring design thinking, innovation, and the STEM-designated management concentrations as I pursue a path toward Product Marketing Management. As an international student, I’ve navigated visas, relocation, and building community—so I’m happy to share practical tips and candid perspectives with prospective students.
