Ruochen (Rochelle) Liu

I'm Rochelle, a Technical Project Manager with around five years of experience leading software development teams. As a Certified ScrumMaster, I specialize in applying Agile methodologies to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions. I led the development of an ERP system that increased operational efficiency by more than 37%, leveraging automation and analytics to enhance strategic decision-making.

My degrees are in computer science; however, my internships at McKinsey & Company and IPSOS deepened my interest in the business side of technology when I was an undergrad. At McKinsey, I worked on AI consulting projects focused on classroom engagement analytics. At IPSOS, I contributed to a market entry strategy for a leading dairy company, introducing a new specialty product line.

Currently pursuing my MBA, I am focusing on strategy and entrepreneurship, aiming to transition into a strategy role within a tech company or eventually found my own startup in the software industry. Previously, I co-founded a health insurance startup, where I gained four years of hands-on experience in operations, growth, and leadership.
