Ryanda Rachmad Murdani

Hi! I am Ryanda Murdani, Prior to joining Ross, I built nearly nine years of experience in commercial banking in Indonesia, where I developed expertise in credit analysis, loan structuring, client relationship management, and corporate financing solutions. Beyond managing a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries, I also led project management initiatives to develop new business and financial products, collaborating with the bank’s subsidiaries, including one of the largest leasing companies in Indonesia.

This combination of credit expertise, loan structuring capabilities, and cross-functional project leadership has strengthened my skills in risk assessment, innovation, and strategic execution. I have a long-standing enthusiasm for the banking industry and financial institutions. Looking ahead, I aim to continue contributing to the financial sector by applying both my practical expertise and global business education to drive value creation and sustainable growth.

When deciding where to pursue my MBA, Ross stood out for its reputation, collaborative culture, strong alumni network, and action-based learning opportunities. The chance to work on real-world business challenges while learning from world-class faculty was especially appealing. Most importantly, what confirmed my decision was the opportunity to meet so many remarkable, inspiring people at Ross.

Outside of academics, I enjoy connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, exploring Ann Arbor culinary, art, and other activities.
