An engineer by training, my progressive experience in management within operations at a leading global firm in the design and manufacturing of assembly and fastening systems has undoubtedly been invaluable. However, I aspired to broaden my impact and influence and recognized I lacked the exposure and understanding of other business areas. I strongly believed the structure and rigor of an MBA represented the most effective way to level up and I desired to earn it from an institution with global cachet.

So why Ross? A great deal of my personal, academic and professional growth to date has come through team-based experiences. Ross’ emphasis on collaboration and action-based learning was a huge selling point to me. Going through the weekend MBA with a cross-functional, cross-industry cohort has not only helped me to develop transformative business acumen and strengthen leadership skills but also gain a close-knit family and community.
