Salome Martirosyan

I was born and raised in Armenia and graduated with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science before embarking on my professional journey as a Data Analyst. I have spent the past five years at Digitain, Ameriabank, and Synopsys, where I had the opportunity to work with stakeholders from different functions. In these roles, I experienced the transformative power of data-driven insights, but I also realized I wanted to move beyond providing the data and instead be in the rooms where the critical business decisions were being made. 

I chose Michigan Ross for its tight-knit community and its emphasis on action-based, practice-based learning. I am excited to enhance my leadership and strategic decision-making skills while continuing to close the gap between data analysis and business strategy. 

Outside of work and school, I enjoy exploring new coffee shops and going on long walks, which help me recharge and get inspired.
