SRI VENKATESH NARAHARI

Hello, my name is Sri Narahari. I grew up in a small village in India where opportunities were limited, but determination and community made anything possible. I became the first in my family to attend school, later earning a Master's degree at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Today, I am a proud Ross MBA alumnus, working as a Senior Data Scientist at Ford and running my own business.

At Ford, I use data analytics and forecasting to directly influence how the company plans its sales strategy — translating numbers into decisions that matter at scale. Outside of Ford, I lead N Mart, a rural supermarket bringing modern retail access to underserved communities in India, with plans to expand into new markets in the near future.

Ross sharpened how I think — not just as a data scientist, but as a business owner and strategist. The action-based learning pushed me to apply frameworks directly to real problems I was facing at work and in my business. That combination of collaborative culture, a diverse Weekend MBA cohort, and real-world applicability is what made Ross the right choice — and still pays off today.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new cuisines, building meaningful connections, playing badminton, and binge-watching movies — elite sleeping stamina fully intact.
