SRI VENKATESH NARAHARI

Hello, my name is Sri Venkatesh. I grew up in a small village in India where opportunities were limited, but determination and community made anything possible. I became the first in my family to attend school, later earning a Master’s degree at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Today, I am pursuing my MBA at Ross while working at Ford and growing my own business.

At Ford, I work as a Data Scientist in Business & Sales Planning Analytics (BSPA), using data analytics and forecasting to support strategic decision-making. I also lead N Mart, a rural supermarket serving communities with limited access to modern retail, with plans to expand in the near future.

I chose Ross because of its collaborative culture, action-based learning, and diverse Weekend MBA cohort. Conversations with student ambassadors gave me clarity and confidence during my application journey, and I am excited to pay that forward.

Outside of work and school, I enjoy exploring new cuisines, building meaningful connections, playing badminton, and binge-watching movies (with elite sleeping stamina).
