Srinath Kausheeka

Hi, I’m Srinath! Before Ross, I spent 4.5 years at Deloitte Consulting, where I led large-scale technology and privacy programs across energy and consumer clients. My background is in computer science (UC Irvine, AI/ML focus), and I’ve had the chance to work hands-on with cloud, data, and cybersecurity initiatives, often building technical solutions that saved thousands of hours of work.

I’m now an MBA candidate at Michigan Ross, where I’m pivoting into product management in big tech, with a special focus on AI and cybersecurity. My goal is to blend my technical roots with business leadership to build products that are secure, impactful, and accessible at scale.

Outside of work and school, I’m a huge sports fan (49ers, Warriors, and lifelong Manchester United supporter), and I love experimenting in the kitchen whenever I get a break.
