Stefan Kueta Edmiston

Class of 2026

I was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. After earning my bachelor's degree in Economics from Allegheny College, I began my career in New York City, first at WeWork and later at CBRE, where I led strategic sourcing initiatives across a commercial real estate portfolio exceeding $1 billion.

At WeWork, I managed global procurement and real estate initiatives that supported the company's rapid expansion, including developing global supply chain solutions that contributed to its IPO readiness while driving millions of dollars in cost savings. At CBRE, I partnered with clients to optimize procurement operations, negotiate strategic supplier relationships, and deliver operational efficiencies across large scale portfolios.

While at Ross, I focused on strategy, operations, and turnaround consulting. During the summer, I interned with AlixPartners in the Turnaround and Restructuring practice, where I worked with companies facing operational and financial challenges. My experience centered on improving business performance through contract analysis, operational optimization, cash flow management, and strategic problem solving. Following my internship, I accepted a full time offer to join AlixPartners in New York after graduation.

Outside of my professional career, I co founded Winners Only Weekend, a travel company focused on creating unforgettable experiences while increasing access to international travel for minority professionals. Through the company, we have brought together thousands of travelers across more than 10 countries, building a community centered on culture, connection, and exploration.

Ross stood out to me because of its people. Before I was even admitted, every student, alumnus, faculty member, and staff member I met genuinely wanted to help me succeed. That culture of collaboration and paying it forward proved to be exactly what I experienced throughout my MBA. When you join Ross, you become part of a network of people who genuinely want to see you succeed, both personally and professionally.

If you have any questions about Ross, recruiting, consulting, or life in Ann Arbor, I would be more than happy to connect. Feel free to reach out anytime.
