Ufuoma Odje
I am an MBA candidate at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, specializing in Management Science and Quantitative Methods. As a Tauber Institute for Global Operations Fellow, I am building a strong foundation in strategy and operations, focusing on strategic problem-solving and achieving operational excellence in complex business scenarios.
My background spans multiple industries in emerging markets, particularly in West Africa. Prior to Ross, I worked at the British High Commission in Nigeria, where I supported UK businesses in expanding into the West African market, enhancing my skills in market entry strategy. I also played a key role in implementing UK-funded programs focused on conflict and stability in Nigeria and worked closely with the British High Commissioner to enhance engagement within the diplomatic community, improving relations between the UK Government and Nigerian government, NGOs and private organizations.
I am passionate about using my skills to drive strategic growth and operational improvements, and committed to being a valuable resource and ambassador for the Ross community.
