Ufuoma Odje

I am a strategy and operations professional and Ross MBA alum, specializing in designing and executing data-driven strategies to solve complex business challenges. As a Tauber Institute for Global Operations Fellow, I honed expertise in strategic problem-solving and operational excellence in dynamic environments. During my time at Tauber, I partnered with Kearney to optimize Engineering Design & Development (ED&D) supplier reimbursement policy for a F50 automotive OEM; identifying $250M+ in cost savings. I also led on a digital transformation project to automate scaffold tracking at BrandSafway, enhancing operational efficiency.

Before Ross, I worked across multiple industries and geographies - supporting UK businesses in navigating market entry into West Africa at the UK’s Department for Business and Trade, driving strategic initiatives that strengthened UK–Nigeria bilateral partnerships at the British High Commissioner to Nigeria's Private Office, and delivering on high-impact, UK-funded development programs.

I am passionate about enabling growth and operational efficiency through innovative, data-driven strategies and remain committed to supporting and representing the Ross community as an engaged alum.
