Vipula Bhagwani

Prior to my time at Ross, I was working in the hospitality and wellness industry across Asia and the Middle East. Most recently, I served as Director of Wellness at a luxury resort in Saudi Arabia, where I led the Spa & Wellness operations. Over the course of my career, my passion for wellness grew as I saw the impact of thoughtful, human-centered experiences—and it inspired me to explore how business and marketing can bring that same sense of connection and well-being to a broader audience.

While I loved my career in hospitality and wellness, I wanted to expand my impact beyond one industry and challenge myself in new ways. That’s what drew me to Ross: the action-based learning opportunities, global perspective, and collaborative culture. I’m now pivoting into a marketing role in the healthcare or technology space, where I hope to combine my global experience with my passion for wellness and storytelling.

A little about me: I was born in India, grew up in Shanghai, and studied in Switzerland before living and working across Hong Kong, Spain, Thailand, Maldives, and Saudi Arabia. Outside of school, I’m obsessed with skincare, pretty sunsets, and discovering new spots for lattes. Ann Arbor has been a big change after years abroad, but the warmth of the Ross community has made it feel like home.
