William Alexander Shannon

Hi, my name is Will Shannon. I am a MAcc student at the Ross School of Business in the class of 2026. I have an undergraduate degree in Economics with a minor in Law and Public Policy from Michigan State University. Before attending Michigan State I attended Hillsdale College for the first three years of undergrad where I was an Accounting Major. The reason for my transfer was that I played baseball and had the opportunity to try to play at the highest level so I took it. I loved my time at both Hillsdale and Michigan State and am loving my time at Michigan. I feel I have a pretty unique college experience but it has shaped me into who I am and am so grateful for all of the opportunities that I have been given. I am originally from the metro-Detroit area and next year I am starting work for Deloitte in the Audit service in the Detroit office. I am excited to be a student ambassador and welcome any questions anyone has about Michigan or the MAcc program.
