Prior to Ross, I worked as a project manager at Shanghai Disney Resort. Seeking to pivot both industry and geography, I pursued my MBA at Michigan Ross to strengthen my leadership and strategic problem-solving skills. One of the key factors in my decision was the strong sense of community and the action-based learning opportunities that Ross offers, which foster both personal and professional growth. During my time at Ross, I became actively involved in the FinTech Club and Business + Tech initiatives, which were instrumental in shaping my career trajectory. Upon graduation, I successfully transitioned into the payments industry by joining American Express through its Finance Leadership Development Program.
