Customer-AI Value Creation --- This course explores how businesses can thrive in a new era of customer-AI co-intelligence. As generative AI, agentic AI, and physical AI systems revolutionize business operations, organizations must master new approaches to customer value creation that combine AI capabilities with human experiences and rapid knowledge leverage. Through real-world cases, frameworks, prompts, and a team project, students will learn to (i) design AI-enhanced platform offerings that create compelling value propositions through the integration of human expertise and AI; (ii) analyze and optimize customer experiences by leveraging AI-powered personalization in jobs to be done; (iii) develop strategies for building and managing AI-infused business ecosystems that span traditional organizational boundaries; (iv) transform operating models to harness the full potential of human-AI collaboration; and (v)drive sustainable impacts of customer-AI value creation across stakeholders.
