Developing Global Competency --- BA320 is the bookend to BA319, designed to help students reflect on and apply the lessons learned during their international study experience. Through structured self-reflection, discussions, and interactive assignments, students will explore the impact of cultural immersion on their personal and professional growth. Key topics include navigating re-entry and reverse culture shock, leveraging international experience in career development, and applying global leadership skills in professional settings. Students will participate in micro-mentoring sessions with inbound exchange students, create a country reflection presentation, and complete a final integrative essay analyzing their cultural growth and global competencies. This course helps students synthesize their experiences abroad, providing structured guidance on how to translate their global insights into career narratives, leadership approaches, and lifelong international engagement. BA320 ensures that the Ross study abroad experience is not just a semester away but a transformative journey with lasting professional and personal impact.
