DIAG Growth Private Equity Fund

DIAG Growth Private Equity Fund --- The DIAG Growth Private Equity Fund course ("DIAG") is an action-based private equity finance course focused on growth-oriented private equity investments. Led by faculty with 60+combinedyears of investment experience, the DIAG curriculum will teach students concepts and tools used by private equity investors to evaluate businesses and make investment decisions. The DIAG will provide a unique, hands-on experience, where students will evaluate co-investment opportunities in actual private equity transactions sponsored by leading private equity funds. Students will perform due diligence on current opportunities, including the analysis of target company data and sourcing relevant external information. Student deal teams will then prepare and present detailed investment memorandum to support a recommendation for the DIAG to proceed (or not) with each investment.
