Personal and Organizational Leadership ---This course provides a journey of personal exploration, understanding and development in the context of firm strategy and competitiveness - with the explicit goal of making demonstrable progress towards becoming a more effective leader especially where informal or effective political leadership may be required. To achieve this goal, the course offers an examination of the relationship between firm strategy and personal leadership strategy providing students with a set of experiences that are designed to enhance self-awareness and capacity for effective leadership.
