Capstone - Leading from Any Seat --- This capstone aims to deepen your mindset and toolset to lead positive change in organizations throughout your career. Building on your experience in MO 300, this course will help you further your self-awareness through targeted feedback and reflection. You will analyze and integrate the inputs to develop your personal leadership framework of mission, vision and values. You will then refine your draft through a series of practical action-learning workshops with diverse, inspiring and effective leaders from all levels of organizational hierarchy.
