Coming Soon: Two Waves of Round 2 Interview Invitations this Month
Happy New Year! I hope you had a bit of time to relax and connect with family and friends. The admissions team and I are back to work reviewing Round 2 applications and we want to share important interview information with you to help with your planning.
We will have two waves of interview invitations in Round 2. The first wave will go out on Jan. 16, and will include international and U.S. applicants. The second wave will be sent on Jan. 23. Please note the timing of your interview invitation is not an indicator of the strength of your application. We are prioritizing the review of international applications to give those candidates time to make travel arrangements so that they can participate in a Team Exercise that will take place outside of their home country.
If you are not invited to interview, you will receive either a waitlist or a deny decision on Mar. 18. Some candidates will be denied in an early decision release - which we’re targeting for Feb. 20 - so that they can make alternative plans.
The Round 2 Team Exercise dates in Ann Arbor are:
- Friday, Jan. 31
- Monday, Feb. 3
- Friday, Feb. 7
- Saturday, Feb. 8
- Monday, Feb. 10
- Saturday, Feb. 15
- Monday, Feb. 17
In addition, Team Exercises will be offered in Sao Paulo on Saturday, Feb. 1, and in Tokyo on Saturday, Feb 8.
